PLZT超高速光スイッチ

PLZT光スイッチモジュール、サブシステム
新規開発の埋め込み型PLZT薄膜光導波路を用いたMZ型スイッチにより、駆動電圧5V〜10V、ナノ秒（＜5 ns〜10 ns）の超高速スイッチングおよび低消費電力特性に加え、低損失特性と低偏波依存性も実現しました。

光スイッチは、光スイッチモジュール単体の他、光スイッチモジュールを実装した高速スイッチドライバボード、またはそれらを搭載した1U 19インチラックにてご提供致します。
